Jewelry Making - Basic Bead Stringing:  Tuesday, Oct 13th, 6-8:00pm.  Instructor:  Jan Kellogg

Beginning beading/stringing class this month will focus on making a beaded lanyard for our face masks. Since masks are our new reality, why don't we make them easier to keep track of, as well as making them more fun &/or pretty. In this class you make a 20 - 24 inch beaded lanyard that will attach to your ear elastic with clasps. You will choose your beads and learn the correct stringing wire to use, how to string the beads, and how to attach clasps with crimp beads to the wire when you are ready to complete your lanyard. You will leave with a completed beaded lanyard as well as the basic skills to make more beaded jewelry.

Masks are required in the Gallery at all times. Hand sanitizer will be available to use whenever you want, and social distancing will be practiced when possible. Please call me or the Gallery if you have any questions. I'm looking forward to seeing you in class.

 Maximum of 5 students.
