Create a Pendant using Copper Metal Clay! 

Date:   This is a 2-week class over two Saturdays:  starting on Saturday, 8/19 and ending on Saturday 8/26

1:30 - 4:30pm

Objective:   Copper clay is a water-based clay material that can be used for jewelry making. It can be sculpted, textured, molded, embellished, fired in just 30 minutes, and worn or gifted proudly.

In this class we will make a pendant using ArtClay copper clay. You will learn how to handle the clay as well as texturing, rolling, cutting, drying and firing your piece to complete a beautiful pendant.   After the first session, the instructor will take home your creation and fire it in her home kiln.  We will complete the pendants on the 26th (after firing).  

What to bring:    Nothing. All supplies will be furnished by the instructor.  If you have any special stamps you would like to use, feel free to bring those.  This class will be taught be jewelry artisan, Jan Kellogg
